Why Our Approach Works
The Catalisa Project is taking a systemic, private sector-led approach to improving entire value chains, mobilizing incomes for youth and entrepreneurs in a region which has historically lacked formal employment opportunities.
We’re not about handouts.
We’re about market opportunities—because these last and scale over time.
Most of our staff is from the private sector
Management consulting, agribusiness, technology, financial services, etc.
We make the business case for shared value solutions
WHERE DOING GOOD = DOING WELL
We use world-class market analytics.
To identify the best business opportunities to grow incomes, advising Fortune 500 companies on sustainability strategies.
Investing in local business since 2018
The Catalisa project has partnerships with local commercial agribusinesses and is currently providing technical assistance to farmers, identifying and assessing candidates for inclusion in the horticulture and poultry value chains.

Meet Our Farmers
“Before Catalisa arrived, I didn’t have an income source. I still haven’t opened an account, but this is one of my priorities. With this money, I buy inputs like insecticides, seeds, and other equipment that contributes to multiply my production. I have bought another land area to extend my farm. In the future, I need to have a car to take my production to other markets.”
Albertina Nahiavai
Producer
"Working with Catalisa is awesome, and the results speak for themselves, I have increased my production area, and because I need to devote more time to my farm, I left my brother in town, he is doing the business, I help him manage the distance."
